Return Policy

We have expertise in return and exchange policy. If you didn’t like the product due to size or any other relevant reason then, you can replace it within 2 Days(48 Hours). Delivery charges will be charged.

For Refund:-

  • If Prepaid Orders Undelivered Because of Customer Refusing In that Case Customer Want Refund After Deduction of Shipping Charges.
  • Shipping Charges According on Shipping State. It's Approx Rs.120.
For Exchange:-

  • Due to size or any other issue, you have to courier the product on the same day you got delivery with original tag & packaging at the time of receiving order to the same address mentioned on the courier slip,
  • we will take 10 days for final product delivery after we received your courier. (Please Note: You have to bear the courier charges every-time you sending the product for replacement)

For Return:-

  • If you are not satisfied with the quality of product or size fitting and you wish to return the product,
  • Company is not responsible for any transportation damage. The customer himself has to communicate with the courier company and process further.
  • then you must courier the product with original product tag & packaging at the time of receiving order, to the same address.
  • Once we received your product we will repay the order amount by an online transaction, and also note you have to bear the courier charges every-time you sending the product return.
  • We can not take return or replacement in offer applied orders like BUY 2 GET 1 FREE, It's stock clearance product. we can not take replacement or return.
  • Refund will only be through an online transfer. If you had paid for the product online, then the amount will be credited to that account. (Note: Courier charges will be deducted from your total amount)
  • If you had chosen COD then, you need to share the account details so that we can give you a refund.
  • Make sure the product should be unworn or undamaged in both cases. Original product tag & packaging should be there.
